Spring is in the air in Virginia Beach

The crowds will gradually begin to flood to Virginia Beach once April and May come around, and the restaurants near the beach start to open up for the summer. If you are a backpacker and planning to work in Virginia Beach for the summer then som euseful info and links below:

To sHarpoon Larry's in Virginia Beachtay in Virginia Beach to start with, Angie's Guest House is the youth hostel for backpackers in the beachside area. Located on 302, 24th street, this hostel is right by the beach. Read more about the Virginia Beach youth hostel.

For drinking, Harpoon Larry's Oyster bar is the place to go. This is right opposite Angie's Guest House and only 3 minutes walk to the beach.

For flights your best bet if travelling from the UK or Ireland is to try expedia.co.uk

Harpoon Larry's is the best bar in Virginia Beach in my opinion. I had many great times in there.
Plymouth airport
