It may not greatly affect real estate investors in Virginia Beach but it is fun to follow. The Virginia Beach City Council have now reversed their previous vote to reject out of season horse rides on the boardwalk. It's now back on after a successful vote of 9-2 in favour of the horse rides. Despite an oitcry from animal rights protestors, the council decided to allow the rides.
Will this change the face of Virginia Beach. NO!!! Happy Christmas from Virginia.
