For the last 5 years, prices have risen at surprisingly high rates but now there are definite signs of a slow-down. Virginians might even be wary of the situation that has map of Virginia Beachhappened down South in places such as Orlando, Florida where many real estate being sold at a reduced price. This is unlikely to happen in Virginia Beach and Hampton Roads though, with some people such as Real Estate Assessor Jerry Banagan for example, believing that property will increase by about 20% in Virginia Beach in the coming year. It is anyones guess at to how prices will change.
